Sunflower Wall Clock

Hello!

Time to try something new! Pritesh from Aadya Originals had this idea of making a wall clock, and I simply loved it! It inspired me to make my own quilled wall clock.

So here it is, my sunflower wall clock -

GA004 - Sunflower Wall Clock
The petals are a shade of yellow, orange and red, and their size increases by the hour. The clock is about 6 inches in diameter, perfect for a table clock, or the wall of a small study nook. It is a proper working clock, and runs on a single AA battery.

Here is a short tutorial of how I made this one.

The initial sketch of the clock, with tentative coloring -

Putting it all together -

The assembly is mounted on a thick cardboard to make it stand stiffly. I have used the Wallnut Hollow 1/4th inch timepiece (http://www.walnuthollow.com/238563pcclockkit14.aspx) for the clock, which just needed to be fitted in the center after cutting out a small hole.

Lo and behold! A perfectly working wall clock is ready!

Cheers!
